Shipping Policy

At **Flex Industries Inc.**, we strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery of your orders. All shipments will be processed and shipped within **48 hours** after purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a **tracking number** via email to monitor the status of your shipment.
**Lost Shipments**
In the rare instance that a shipment is lost in transit, the following steps must be taken:
1. **File a Dispute with the Carrier:** It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier and file a dispute for the lost shipment.
2. **Share the Dispute Details with Us:** Once the dispute is filed, provide the dispute case number and supporting documentation to our customer support team at
**support@flexindustries.com**.
3. **Review and Resolution:** After reviewing the dispute details, our support specialists will determine whether a replacement shipment is warranted.
In most instances, we will require the customer to purchase our **lifetime warranty** in order to process a replacement for the lost shipment. Customers will also be responsible for **shipping costs** associated with the replacement.
